Rotary Club Bicentennial Park

1400 South 1600 East, Provo, Utah

Early fall finds this park in perfect playing condition.  The large trees are in beautiful array, and the large grassy field is well maintained.  You find Ultimate Frisbee set up for you, with volleyball and horseshoe areas to entertain the youthful family.

There is a nice covered pavilion close to the restrooms and playground.

The playground equipment is safe with variety for different age groups.  I especially enjoyed the little zip-line.

You'll find a pond with a charming bridge.  The pond is not clean, but the bridge is fun.  South of the pond, if you look closely, you'll notice a small sign.  This leads you to the gem of the park.  It's a walkway through a small wetland area.  Quaint wooden benches appear every few yards so you can sit and take in the evening colors at sunset.  There are information areas to tell you about the wetlands, the different trees and bushes, and the natural spring that is found in the area.  This area is available to all, and wheelchair friendly.  All in all a nice park to visit in the fall.
